Frank de Wit is een promovendus verbonden aan de sectie Sociale and Organisatiepsychologie van de Universiteit van Leiden. Hij studeerde in augustus 2007 af in de Sociale en Organisatie Psychologie (M.Phil.) aan de Universiteit Leiden. Daarnaast is hij in het bezit van een M.Sc. diploma in International Business, verkregen aan CentER Graduate School, Universiteit van Tilburg.
Onderzoek
Zijn scripties richtte zich op de effecten, percepties, en management van conflicten bij mensen, en andere primaten. Tijdens zijn promotieonderzoek zal hij op zoek gaan naar de oorzaken en onderliggende cognitieve processen die leiden tot individuele verschillen in percepties van conflict situaties.
